This long-awaited update was confirmed by Instagram head Adam Mosseri, who described it as one of the most requested features.

You can view your Reels Watch History on Instagram with these easy steps.

1. Open Instagram and tap your profile icon.
   
2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner.
   
3. Choose Your Activity from the list of options.
   
4. Scroll down and tap Watch History.
   
5. The app will display all your previously watched Reels.
