OPPO Find X10 Series Launching in India on October 22: What to Expect

OPPO is gearing up to launch its Find X10 series in India on October 22, with the lineup comprising the Find X10 Pro Max and the standard Find X10. Ahead of the launch, the company has revealed details about the phones’ design and displays, including slim bezels, flat screens, and improved low-brightness features. Both phones also feature premium glass finishes, aluminum frames, and dust and water resistance, while the Pro Max gets a camera-inspired design with Hasselblad branding.

Find X10 Series Gets a New Design

The Find X10 Pro Max takes inspiration from professional cameras, with its Hasselblad-inspired LUMO Color Module. The module houses the True Color Camera and dual-flash system. The Luna White edition combines matte silver details with an orange accent ring and knurled patterns. Its rear panel pairs smooth matte glass with a subtle fabric-inspired texture. The Titanium Grey edition takes a different approach, featuring sculpted glass around the camera module.

The standard Find X10 also features sculpted glass around its camera module. Buyers can choose from Glacier Blue, Glow Coral, and Mist Grey. Both models use aluminum frames, velvet-textured glass backs, flat sides, and rounded edges. OPPO has added dust and water resistance with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings. Crystal Shield Glass acts as an extra layer of screen protection. It also has a Snap Key on the left side, which can be programmed to open AI Mind Space or use features like the camera, flash, and voice recorder. It can also control sound settings, translation, and screenshots.

OPPO Find X10 Series Features Flat Displays With Slim Bezels

OPPO has equipped the Find X10 Pro Max with a 6.78-inch flat display. It features symmetrical 1.15mm bezels on all four sides. The Find X10 has a 6.59-inch flat display with even narrower 0.99mm bezels. These designs leave more room for on-screen content. Both models feature LTPO panels with refresh rates of up to 144Hz in supported games. Their adaptive refresh-rate control adjusts the refresh rate to balance smoothness and power consumption. The displays also reach 2,000 nits of global peak brightness and 3,600 nits of local peak brightness. This should make content easier to view outdoors under bright lighting.

OPPO Adds Low-Brightness Features for Comfortable Viewing

OPPO has added several display features for users who often use their phones at night. Both the Find X10 Pro Max and Find X10 can lower screen brightness to 1 nit. This allows users to keep the screen dim in dark rooms.

Furthermore, brightness uniformity and color reproduction have improved at low brightness. This helps maintain color details in pictures, videos, and games. Moreover, the phones feature 3,840 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming to reduce perceived screen flicker when people lower the brightness. These phones are well suited for activities like late-night reading, checking notifications, and watching movies on overnight trips.
