Antenna Group’s streaming platform, ANT1+, is now the exclusive home of DAZN in Greece. Under a newly announced strategic partnership, Greek viewers will be able to access DAZN’s global sports library directly through their ANT1+ subscriptions.
The partnership between DAZN and Antenna Group was formalized in June 2025, ahead of the FIFA Club World Cup, and grants ANT1+ exclusive distribution rights for DAZN’s multi-sport content in Greece. The two companies also plan to jointly explore further sports rights acquisitions, both in Greece and internationally.
To mark the launch, ANT1+ is offering a promotional deal: both new and existing subscribers can add DAZN to their package and receive 3 months free access, valid from 20 November 2025 to 20 February 2026. After the trial, DAZN will cost €6.99 per month when accessed via ANT1+, which is significantly lower than the typical €14.99 / month standalone international subscription.
Subscribers will gain access to a broad mix of live, on-demand, and highlights content. The line-up includes:
Antenna Group also promises localized commentary, enhanced match highlights, and premium “shoulder” content, especially for marquee tournaments like the FIFA Club World Cup.
For DAZN, the partnership is a major step into the Greek market. By relying on ANT1+’s established platform and local reach, DAZN gains a powerful distribution channel tailored for Greek sports fans.
For Antenna Group, adding DAZN significantly strengthens ANT1+’s value proposition. ANT1+ subscribers will now enjoy high-quality international sports content along with the existing portfolio of Greek series, films, and entertainment.
Both companies have expressed interest in jointly bidding for further sports rights, suggesting that this is more than a distribution deal, it could evolve into a long-term joint strategy.
Some local media reports note that not all DAZN-exclusive content will necessarily be available in Greece. For example, SDNA points out that certain rights, such as Serie A, remain tied to other broadcasters in Greece. This may limit how much of DAZN’s full global catalogue Greek users can access via ANT1+.
Still, for many Greek viewers, the deal represents a more affordable way to stream top-tier international sports. The reduced monthly rate and promotional access make it an attractive option compared to buying DAZN through its international standalone plan.
This agreement marks the start of what could be a deeper collaboration. Antenna Group and DAZN have laid the groundwork for future co-ventures around sports rights, possibly even beyond Greece. The companies’ decision to localize content, such as commentary and highlight shows, also suggests they are aiming to build a tailored experience for Greek audiences.
As Greek sports fans begin to explore DAZN via ANT1+, it will be interesting to observe how this partnership holds up against other global and local streaming services. For now, the move clearly signals Antenna’s commitment to making ANT1+ a more comprehensive entertainment and sports destination, while DAZN gains an established local ally to reach more users in Greece.
