Starlink Outage Disrupts Users Worldwide for Over 2 Hours

On July 24, Starlink, SpaceX’s popular network suffered an unusual and large-scale outage that upset 10,000 of users worldwide and caused a disconnection of more than 2 hours. There was a software failure in the satellite internet service which is regarded as fast and reliable thus causing universal panic and speculations.

Downdetector said it started around 3 PM. EDT and that users in the United States and Europe were affected by the outage. There were fast reports and over 61,000 users filed complaints.
