Something strange is coming to Erangel in BGMI. Starting October 8, players can take on Kiaraa, a mysterious celestial being that turns the usual battle royale experience into a world-boss encounter. Kiaraa’s Test begins when players land in the designated area and search for loot before the fight starts. Treasure Chests can help players stock up on supplies, while Mithai Boxes restore 50 Health and 50 Stamina. But finding Kiaraa is a little more complicated. Four Peacock Lamps are hidden around the area, and players need to light all four to awaken her. Here’s everything you need to know.
Kiaraa’s Test is more than a regular squad fight

The biggest difference with Kiaraa’s Test is that it isn’t limited to a single squad. Once Kiaraa appears, different squads, duos, and individual players can enter the battle zone, turning the encounter into a fight where players need to worry about both the boss and other players.
Kiaraa has two abilities that players will need to avoid. Arrow Rain sends a volley of arrows into a designated area, while Sword Dance gives her another way to attack players. The objective is simple: deplete her HP to complete the Test.
Interestingly, BGMI also lets separated teammates join the fight. With the Team Assembly mechanic, teammates elsewhere on the map can enter a teleport zone and join the player who triggered Kiaraa’s Test. So, what starts as a single-player encounter can quickly become a full-squad battle.
Exclusive Rewards
Taking down Kiaraa also gives players a chance to earn exclusive rewards. Players can receive guns, Medkits, and Kiaraa Tokens after defeating her. The Tokens can then be exchanged for Kiaraa Spin Discount Vouchers, a limited QV Pack, an Avatar, and an Avatar Frame. Players can collect up to four Tokens in a single match, with a daily limit of 12.
