Revenant XSpark has expanded its esports lineup by entering competitive EA SPORTS FC. The organization has signed Indian player Vanshaj Sharma as its first player for the football gaming title. He will represent the organization at the EA SPORTS FC Pro 27 Open Global Qualifier in London from November 5 to 7, 2026.
Vanshaj Sharma qualified for the EA SPORTS FC Pro 27 Open Global Qualifier through the FC Pro Open Asia South Regional Qualifier. Another Indian player, Charanjot Singh, also qualified. Significantly, only two slots were available for South Asia, and Indians occupied both. A total of 64 players will compete in the tournament, which will be held in London. All players would fight for 16 slots for the FC Pro Open. The qualifying round is organized by Electronic Arts (EA). Successful players can move closer to the EA SPORTS FC Pro World Championship.
Revenant XSpark continues to grow its influence in esports by adding EA SPORTS FC to its competitive portfolio. It goes beyond a popular mobile game series. Moreover, it gives Indian gamers another chance to compete in international esports football tournaments. According to Rohit Jagasia, the Founder and CEO of Revenant XSpark, the new addition was an exciting move for the company. He said the team plans to grow across various esports titles and support Indian gamers. He also cited two Indian gamers securing South Asia slots as an inspiring trend.
The organization already has teams competing in BGMI, Free Fire, Honor of Kings, MOBA 5v5, Brawl Stars and Pokémon UNITE. It secured a top-four finish at the Brawl Stars World Finals 2025. Its BGMI teams have also won championships, while its Pokémon UNITE roster represented India at the Asian Games 2026. Vanshaj will now look to secure one of the 16 FC Pro Open spots at the London qualifier. His signing adds another international competitive opportunity to Revenant XSpark’s growing esports portfolio.
